AI Output My blood pressure is usually a little high because I have hypertension, but I try to keep it under control. Right now, with this stomach pain and all the vomiting, I feel pretty weak and a bit dizzy. I’m not sure if my blood pressure is higher or lower than usual at the moment, but I do have a history of high blood pressure.
